Psychiatry for Adults
Have you ever wondered if medication could help you feel more like yourself again? Has another professional suggested a consultation with a psychiatrist?
In our first meeting, we will explore your options and decide together what is the best choice for you. Sometimes counseling alone is enough. Other times, adding medication may help you feel better more quickly. Let’s discuss your needs and preferences to find out which options are right for you.

Medicine + Counseling
a powerhouse team
Research and clinical experience shows us that the combined treatment of counseling and medication together is superior than either one alone, for many common mental health concerns including major depression, panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The effects of medication and those of counseling contribute equally to improvement, and these effects remain strong and significant up to two years after treatment. Medication alone may not provide optimal care for many common mental disorders*. This is why Alfa Counseling partnered with Dr. Rossetter to provide our clients with optimal care.
…because, it’s time to feel more like you again.
